What is the minimal age to rent a car/motorbike?+
You should be not less than 20 years old when renting a car and not less than 18 years old when renting a motorbike
Is it possible to deliver a car/motorbike to my hotel or villa?+
Yes, you are welcome to indicate your hotel name, address when booking. We will deliver a car/motorbike for free to any place around Koh Samui within business hours (9.00-20.00). In case you stay outside of Koh Samui or want us to deliver a car early morning or late in the evening we will charge an extra fee. The delivery is applicable in case your rental period is not less than 3 days for the car and 5 days for the motorbike. Otherwise, please come to pick up a car/motorbike at our office by yourself
Will you change my car to a new one in case of accident?+
Yes, we will provide you with another car for free under the condition there is any available car at that moment. In case there might be no available cars, we will offer you the car of our partners at additional cost
What should I do in case of accident?+
Please find below the three main steps you should follow in case of accident:
- Call to police and describe your location using the following emergency phone number: 1155;
- Call to STAY WITH CAR office to report about the accident. The SWC officer shall report to the insurance company immediately. In case you can’t reach the SWC officer, please find the emergency number of your insurance at your windshield or in the glow box;
- Wait until the insurance officer and agent of the SWC arrives to the place of accident.

What are the options to pay?+
You are welcome to pay either by cash or with bank card. Please contact us beforeahead if you want to pay with bank card, so we could take an EDC machine when delivering a car or motorbike
Can I pay a deposit in currency other than Thai baht?+
You are welcome to choose the following currencies to pay: THB, USD or EUR.
Can I drop the car off later than my drop off time?+
If you haven’t started your trip yet, you can change your drop-off time by amending your booking. Any changes you make to your booking will probably change the price.
Once you’ve picked your car up, please contact the car hire company directly if you want to change your drop-off time.
If you drop the car off later than arranged, the car hire company will charge you a late fee.
Does my rental car come with insurance?+
The first class insurance is included for any rental period and any car
Will you refund in case I return my car/motorbike before the end of rental period?+
No, we won’t. Regarding the fact we should manage our bookings, no refund is applicable in case you return your car/motorbike before the end of rental period
Shall I pay for the whole rental period upfront?+
Yes, you shall pay for the whole rental period upfront. Please indicate the exact drop off day and time when signing a contract.
Will you keep my passport as a deposit?+
No, we won’t keep your passport as a deposit. We will make a photo of the first and visa pages of your passport when signing a contract.
