- The Lessee is obliged to provide a copy of his/her passport to the Lessor;
- The Lessee is obliged to provide a deposit in the amount of 5000/10000/20000 THB depending on the type of vehicle;
- The Lessee is only authorized to use the car for sightseeing purposes within Samui Island. It is not allowed to leave Samui Island without prior consent of the Lessor;
- The Lessee must not use the vehicle with the purpose of committing crime, otherwise the Lessee is the only responsible Party;
- The Lessee must agree and sign the vehicle condition/damage chart before the start of the rental period;
- The Lessee shall be over age of 20 years old with a valid driver license (issued in Thailand or international driving license) and driving experience not less then 1 year;
- The Lessee is obliged to lock the car when leaving it out of their supervision;
- In the event of an accident, the Lessee is obliged to inform the Lessor immediately on the mobile number provided above;
- In the event that the Lessee returns the car before the end date of the rental contract indicated above, no refund is applied;
- The Lessee shall be responsible for any accident damage to the rental vehicle, and agrees to refund to the Lessor the cost of any such repairs (up to 5000/10000/20000 THB);
- The car has a first class insurance with exception to the audio system, speakers, interior of the car, tires. In case of damage caused by Lessee to the above mentioned parts, the Lessee shall be responsible to refund a damage;
- The Lessee is not allowed to drive within beachfront, come into the sea. It is also prohibited to drive a car when roads are flooded. The Lessor shall be entitled to apply a penalty in the amount of 20000 THB. In case the car was flooded while driving it by the Lessee, the Lessee is obliged to refund the cost of such repairs additionally;
- The rented vehicle must not be driven on any off-road terrain whatsoever. The Lessor shall be entitled to apply a penalty in the amount of 10000 THB;
- The Lessee is requested to drive carefully and considerately, and observe the island speed limit of 60 km/hour;
- In case the Lessee was under the influence of alcohol when accident occurred, the insurance will not cover any loss or damage to the car and third parties. The Lessee will be obliged to refund all the costs to the Lessor and third parties if any.
